The Name of God

The Name of God, YHVH (יהוה), means "Presence" (Exod. 3:13-14), "Breath" (Gen. 2:7; Num. 16:22), "Life" (Deut. 30:20), and "Love" (Exod. 34:6-7), but it also me...ans the “I-AM-WITH-YOU One” who keeps His promises. The Name means that "God was (i.e., hayah: היה), God is (i.e., hoveh: הוֶה), and God always will be (i.e., veyihyeh: וְיִהְיֶה)," which implies that He is ever present, unrestricted by time or space. Moreover, God is called havayah (הֲוָיָה), which means He is continually sustaining creation by the Word of His power: “In Him we live, move, and have our being” (Acts 17:28; Heb. 1:3). As it is poetically expressed in the Psalms, "Behind and before you besiege me; You lay your hand upon me" (Psalm 139:5).

Atlantis or the Garden of Eden?

Just putting this out there... Atlantis will never be found... WHY? because it doesn't exist! At least not the way most people think. People have been searching for a lost continent based on what Plato described in his writings. But, I propose that Atlantis is really the Garden of Eden and according to scripture when Adam and Eve were banished from the Garden... "So He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and the flaming sword which turned every direction to guard the way to the tree of life." Gen 3:24 (NASB) and then later after the flood the Garden of Eden would have been completely hidden from mankind. As we know most of the ocean floor has not been discovered or charted, so how can we possibly begin to know what is there?
